For Property Owners

What types of properties do you manage?

We manage a variety of properties, including long-term rentals, short-term rentals like Airbnb, and vacation homes. Whether it’s a single-family home, apartment, investment property, or something more unique… we’ve got you covered.

Our comprehensive services include tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, marketing, and guest management for short-term and long-term rentals. We also offer interior design and renovation services to ensure your property is both functional and beautiful.

Designing and furnishing an investment property is different from a personal residence- we know what guests care about, where to save money, and where to spend it.

We take the time to understand your property, goals, and preferences. Our customized approach ensures your property gets the care and attention it needs to thrive, whether that means maximizing rental income or refreshing the space with thoughtful design.

For long-term rentals, we screen potential tenants carefully to find reliable renters. This includes background & credit checks, verifying income, and contacting references.

For short-term rentals, we create eye-catching listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, etc and use professional photography, optimized descriptions, and competitive pricing strategies to attract guests. 

Our fees are based on the type of management services you require. Custom packages and solutions are available depending on your project. 

TRADITIONAL STR MANAGEMENT: 18% of your total host payout + the cleaning fee (custom options for co-hosting available)

MID TERM MANAGEMENT: Flat monthly rate when property is occupied

LONG TERM MANAGEMENT: Flat monthly rate, ranging from $180-250/m

DESIGN & INSTALLS: Quoted by job and budget, starting at $1800 minimum

CONSULTATIONS: Starting at $480 

 

For Guests and Tenants

What should I expect from staying in one of your properties?

Whether it’s a long-term rental or a short-term stay, you can expect clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed spaces. Our team is available to address any questions or concerns during your stay. 

We have regular cleaning, inspections and maintenance so we expect all of our guests to have a seamless experience.

Although we are on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, we recommend contacting us with the following information: 

Dates, Number of Guests, Pets, Smoking Status, and Location Preference

With this information, we can send you available properties and book directly at a discounted rate.

We’re just a call or message away! Our team is dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible and will promptly address any concerns.
Some of our properties are pet-friendly, but it depends on the specific property. Check the listing details or contact us to confirm.

How can I get started with your design or renovation services?

Start by scheduling a consultation with our team. We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline to create a plan that works for you.

Both! Whether it’s a quick refresh like new paint or furnishings or a complete renovation, we’ll ensure your property stands out and maximizes its potential. With our experience in Airbnb, long term rentals, and short term rentals we can advise you on the best way to invest in your property.
