WELCOME TO AD PROPERTIES

Every remarkable home begins with a shared vision.

Whether you’re building a new home, remodeling an existing property, or preparing a vacation rental for guests, we work alongside homeowners and investors to create spaces that are both timeless and intentional. We believe exceptional design is about more than beautiful finishes—it’s about creating homes that are functional and welcoming.

OUR PROCESS

A collaborative process, from the first conversation.

Our collaborative process begins with understanding your goals, your investment, and how you want your home to feel. Together, we thoughtfully select materials, furnishings, finishes, and details that reflect your vision while creating a home we’re proud to manage.

START TO FINISH

Step in at any stage of your project.

From new construction and renovations to furnishing and final styling, our experienced team can step in at any stage of your project. Whether you need guidance from the first blueprint or simply the finishing touches before welcoming guests, we provide a seamless, start-to-finish experience.

Our team is located in Upstate South Carolina for in-person consultations and property management. We also travel for design services, and offer virtual co-hosting and support.
